The best way to stay on track with your goals and get the most from your workouts is to train with one of our CEPs (clinical exercise physiologists), they will keep you motivated and progressing towards your goals!
They can alter your work out depending on your health status each day, and monitor vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and blood glucose while you exercise. With access to emergency equipment and the experience of our CEPs you will be in safe hands! With any changes to your health our CEPs can liaise with your doctor/specialist or health professional to ensure they are kept up to date.
Those who train with a CEP have a better chance at succeeding with their goals compared with those who are on their own. One on one training is affordable at EPR clinic as session duration and frequency can be tailored to suit your time constraints and budget whilst ensuring you get the best value.
